Pitt-Greenburg 2016 Graduate and SPSEA member Bryan Edwards among other students and faculty worked tirelessly to make this beautification project happen! As the organizer of the event, he brought together local chapters as well as our own to go into Jeanette Elementary and Middle School and make a change. Students from local chapters all over the Southwest Region and our State Representatives signed up online to choose which project area they would like to work in. There were many options including painting mural all over the building, a new playground, outside landscaping, the office where the secretaries got new desks, the hallways, the nurse's office, and brand new parent center the library, and more! It was an absolutely amazing experience for our SPSEA Chapter to be a part of.
